These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JoJoSir English learning service operated by JOMP Fitness ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using JoJoSir, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

JoJoSir is a WhatsApp-based English learning service that provides:

• Daily structured English lessons delivered via WhatsApp messages.
• Audio pronunciation guides using text-to-speech technology.
• Interactive quizzes to test comprehension.
• AI-powered writing practice and feedback.
• Progress tracking with XP points and streaks.
• Support for 8 Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use JoJoSir.
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account and a compatible mobile device.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Subscription and Pricing

3.1 Subscription Fee

JoJoSir is a paid service. The current subscription fee is ₹399 per month (Indian Rupees). Pricing may change with prior notice to subscribers.

3.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an access code via WhatsApp to activate your account.
• Each access code is single-use and valid for 30 days from the date of generation.

3.3 Subscription Period

Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of activation. To continue learning after 30 days, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made by contacting us via phone or email (details below).
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Razorpay transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount as applicable.

5. Access Codes

• Access codes are personal and non-transferable.
• Each code can only be used once by one WhatsApp number.
• We are not responsible for codes that are lost, shared, or misused.
• If you do not receive your access code after payment, please contact us or use the "Get My Code" page on our website.

6. User Responsibilities

By using JoJoSir, you agree to:

• Use the service only for personal English learning purposes.
• Not share, resell, or redistribute lesson content, audio files, or access codes.
• Not use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language in interactions with the bot.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through JoJoSir — including but not limited to lessons, quizzes, audio recordings, images, avatars, and AI-generated feedback — is the property of JOMP Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

8. AI-Powered Features

JoJoSir uses artificial intelligence (AI) for certain features including extended lessons and writing practice feedback. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and may occasionally contain errors.
• AI feedback should not be treated as professional language instruction from a certified teacher.
• We continuously improve our AI models to enhance accuracy and quality.

9. Affiliate Program

JoJoSir offers an affiliate program under the following terms:

• Affiliates earn ₹100 per month for each active subscriber referred through their unique link.
• Affiliate payouts are processed monthly via UPI.
• Referrals are tracked automatically using unique referral codes.
• JOMP Fitness reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.) will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of earnings.
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

• JoJoSir is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of JoJoSir.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
• We are not responsible for WhatsApp downtime, message delivery failures, or issues caused by third-party services.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of JoJoSir at any time.
• Change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Update lesson content, quiz formats, and learning methodology.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms.
• You engage in abusive or harmful behavior.
• Your payment is disputed or reversed fraudulently.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by simply not renewing. No ongoing commitment is required.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of JoJoSir after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
